Finding the Sunday Service

We gather together every Sunday morning to worship the Lord at 9:30 AM in the sanctuary. At the building and sanctuary entrances, you’ll see greeters wearing badges. These friendly folks will be happy to direct you and help you find a seat.

The greeters will also give you a printed bulletin, which will be your roadmap for participating in the service.

Service Structure

Worship services contain a variety of elements including:

  • Prayer
  • Congregational singing
  • Reading prayers and creeds together
  • Scripture readings
  • Sermon
  • The Sacrament of communion, celebrated the first Sunday of the month

Your bulletin will have all the components of the service printed out, so you can easily follow along.

Service Style

Our worship services are liturgically structured and varied in style. Our music is a mix of traditional and contemporary. One Sunday you might see guitars, and choir with handbells the next. No matter the style, we are a congregation that loves to sing heartily.

What to Wear

The short answer: whatever makes you comfortable! Most of our congregation dresses casually, so there’s no pressure to dress up.

Children

Childcare up to age 3 years old is available in our nursery. Children ages 3-6 are invited to Children’s Bible Time, which begins midway through the service. They sit with their parents or guardians during the beginning of the service, and will be dismissed to attend class together. Please pick up children immediately following the service.

After the Service

Sunday school classes for all ages begin at 11:00 AM Stick around after the service for a time of fellowship until classes begin. We are confident that you will find a warm welcome with us whether you are a visitor, seeker, or a mature believer in the faith!
